What is Jianzhan: Starting with ceramics, "A room without ceramics lacks elegance; a person without ceramics lacks refinement." Ceramics have always been highly esteemed and favored by people. China's porcelain can be divided into three major categories: white porcelain, celadon, and black porcelain. Jianzhan produced in Jianyang's "Jian kiln" represents the epitome of black glazed ceramics, acclaimed in the world of ceramics as the precious "Black Peony". To this day, it continues to captivate the eyes of numerous ceramic collectors both domestically and internationally.

Why Choose Jianzhan:

  1. Made from naturally occurring minerals.
  2. Effectively detoxifies the lymphatic system and enhances liver detoxification functions.
  3. Has certain weight-loss effects.
  4. Prevents diseases and helps improve symptoms of bad breath.
  5. Health Benefits (Jianzhan contains silica, alumina, iron oxide, and calcium oxide in its glaze. Its high iron content continuously releases divalent iron ions during use, and it can also adsorb chloride ions from water, making it easily absorbable by the body. This enhances hemoglobin carriers and red blood cell functions.)

    How to Use Jianzhan:

    1. Dust Removal: (When using Jianzhan for the first time, perform an opening ceremony. Use a dry towel to wipe the inside and outside walls, removing all dust and impurities. Then, rinse with clean water 2-3 times, drain the internal moisture, and place it in a well-ventilated area to air dry.)

    2. Cooking Pot: (After removing surface impurities, place Jianzhan in a high pot seasoned with oil. Pour in clean or warm water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat, maintaining a cooking time within one hour.)

    3. Tea Water Activation: (After boiling clean water, pour it out. Use light-colored tea soup for a second boil, simmering for 10-30 minutes before turning off the heat. Cover and let steep for an hour. Remove Jianzhan and wash with hot or clean water to eliminate mud and fire flavors inside the cup. This opens up the glaze pores, preparing Jianzhan for subsequent vibrant appearances.)

    4. Precautions: (When using Jianzhan for the first time, if not emphasizing subsequent appearances, wipe surface stains with a cloth, pour in boiling water to soak 2-3 times, then pour in tea for drinking. However, Jianzhan may retain fire or earthy flavors at this stage, affecting the overall drinking experience. During use, pour tea soup into Jianzhan first, gently shake to ensure the entire glaze surface is moistened, promoting vibrant colors over time.)
